Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy To ensure I can provide the best experience for every guest, I kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled services. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service, reschedule your appointment, or cancel it entirely, depending on the remaining time available. In these cases, the 20% late cancellation fee may still apply. My schedule is carefully planned to respect every client’s reserved appointment time.
